It’s that time of the season where bonfires happen. Roasting marsh mellows and to talking to friends and family is what makes a good bonfire. Now when a person sees people sitting around the fire and telling stories only happens in movies. The bonfires I have are a little more extreme. The fires I make are no little camp fire. At My fires a person has to stand 10 ft away just to enjoy it. Dad calls it a White Man’s fire! Most of the time, people at my bonfires talk about what happened recently or what their views on stuff are. Story time always happens at my bonfires, it happens whenever it comes to one’s mind. Then the roasting of the marsh mellows finally is ready to happen. Some people like to take the time to make the perfect mellow. Some stick the mellow straight into the hottest part of the fire and makes it pitch black. It’s all about a person’s taste buds and what they like. As the night progresses on, I start a game of night games. For those who don’t know what night games (that your own fault) it’s where we play fun, sometimes scary, sweet games at night. Some play regular hide and go seek or the favorite scary night game of mine is Bloody Mary. A couple years ago I upgraded the whole thing of night games. My family calls it Ultimate Night Games! It where the four wheeler is involved. That makes night games a lot more fun and exciting. After having so much fun and excitement from night games, I get everyone to come back around the fire to relax. From there and until they leave, they can do what they want. (It has to be legal and nothing gross or inappropriate) The whole purpose of a bonfire, that I believe, is to have fun, interact with people, enjoy life, get the bad and the stressful things off the mind, and to relax. Also worth it to make a bonfire to remember about. Make it worth a person time. Make it be one of those memories that will be brought up at a bonfire later down the road in life.
Taking Life One Step At A Time
I was put on this earth to enjoy life and make my mark in this world! I like to ponder about everything that has encountered my life! I like to tell about my hobbies, past life stories involving me and certian topics that are on my mind!

Random!!!!
When I'm not paying attention during class, I space out and think about random stuff. One day during my 5th, 6th, and 7th hour classes I was thinking about all the stuff that needs to be talked about. I was think of local, national and world issues. Then it just hit me! I need to start a debate club! I knew the perfect teacher to help me with the club too, Mr. Remaeker. He loves to talk debate and talk about issues all over the world. From local to world wide. So now its all set. I want this debate club to be very relaxed where everyone thats in it just says what they got to say. It will be for an hour to an hour and a half after school. Anyone can come and join. We will probally meet once, maybe twice a week. Are plan is to start after the choir trip to New York. So manly we will start begining of April. Anyone that reads this blog is allowed to join if your interseted. Contact me if interested!!!
Just found this out. Mosqitoes are two times more attracted to the color blue than any other color. That can be very helpful for this summer. I wont where blue at night now. Another thing i found out is that on average that 100 people choke on ball-point pens every year. I always see kids at the high school chewing on the ends of pens. Then they keep chewing on the pens where they get to the ink. Now that funny when the pen explodes in their mouth. Talk about ink poisening. Here is a really random fact! Reindeer like to eat bananas! I want to meet they dude that got of the great idea to feed a banana to a reindeer. That guy must of been on something loopy! Now this fact dont make sense, polar bears are left handed. That makes no sense. How would someone know if a polar bear is left handed. The last time I knew polar bear cant write and dont use forks to eat food.
If somene is interseted in the debate club, email me at httimmer@gmail.com It will be loads of fun and very relaxing!

Trap shooting Season!
Trapshooting is right around the corner for me. The season starts here in a couple of weeks. This is the one club sport that i actually look forward to all year long. We dont get much publicity and encouragment from the school and town. Most dont care about the sport of trapshooting, most think its a meeting of a bunch of rednecks shooting little colored disks all day long. When actually its a lot harder than you think. It takes hand and eye coordination to hit a little orange disk thats flying through the air at more than 80 miles an hour. If we got more support from the school or town, we would probably have more people come out for this sport and that the team is not a bunch of rednecks. We have no money support from the school because we are not that important to them. They should at least give us a little something, it would make our student lives that participate in this sport alot easier. We won state four years in a row, then another two in a row. We have only had this team for about 8 years. We are just that darn good lol. All of us look out for eachother on this team, we make sure everyone is happy and having fun, while supporting them while they are shooting. Its like we have built this relationship with all of our teammates. Any other sport seems like they have their own little group of friends and disclude everyone else on that team. In trapshooting we include everyone thats what makes our team that much more special. Now at meets it can be really fun, or it can be really really really boring. If the trap range has a small club house and only fits 5 people its hard to play cards, most of the time when we are waiting around to shoot we play spoons. Someone always gets stabbed in our game of spoons, the most we have ever had play is 15 people. It was one messed up game. As the meet progresses on we watch fellow peers shoot and we talk amongst ourselfs about the shooting conditions. Meets that are on saturdays usually start about 8:30 and dont get over till about 3:00. Overall trapshooting is a great sport.

My Pet Peevs at School!
I have a pet peev list when I am at school. There are four things on my list. The first pet peev is drama. I hate drama! I could careless what happened last period. Its usually a jealous friend that wants everything his or her way. It gets flippin annoying when that person comes to you with that drama and tries to put it on your shoulders. This also happens when a person has a problem and doesnt know how to deal with it so they try to give it to you. I dont let that happen, if its your problem, then keep it that way. I dont mind people coming to me with their problems because i can help them resolve it, but i dont want them to make it my problem. My second pet peev, is when a couple tells everyone about their relationship status. I dont want to see the making out in the hallways. Get a room if ya have to or go find a corner to go play suck face for five minutes! The bragging about what they got for a present from their "special somone" can get annoying really fast too. It is nice to know who is dating who but I seriously dont need to know what they do every minute they hang out! Some of that stuff doesnt need to be said but they still go right ahead and tell everyone. That is just sick and pathetic! My third pet peev, is the kids that think they are the know-it-alls. It gets annoying during class when they think they are smarter than everyone else in there, when really they are the ones asking me for the answer. Just because they take more advanced classes than I do doesnt mean diddly poop! My final pet peev, is the kids that think they are tougher than a steel beam. I hate hearing about how they can beat someone up or how many fights they have gotten in. Really it just shows me how big of an idiot they are. You might be able to win a fight or two, but there will always be a person bigger and stronger then you will ever be! So dont be going bragging about how tough ya are, because one day someone will make you scream for ya mama! So if you are one of these people that I have talked about, i hope you know you sound like a complete idiot! If ya can, try to change your ways!

Super Bowl Sunday!
When the super bowl nears, people first think about the food! Appetizers galore with crap ton of chips and dip! People flock to Wal-Mart, Target, and the local grocery stores to spend over 100 dollars or better on food! People load the carts high with all the junkiest food possible. Anywhere from chips to ho-ho’s and ding-dong to 2 liter pop bottles! Super Bowl Sunday is the time of year for people to get at fat as they can get in a day. I ate too much this year. Dad started the appetizers at 12 and the game doesn’t even start until 5. Dad was trying to get me bigger, I swear! Then after the game starts, most people want to just watch the commercials during the game. I could careless who was playing! There was some good ones and some bad one. The sci-fi ones I don’t find funny or cool to watch. Budweiser and Doritos always have a couple really good commercials. Then comes the half time show! I swear, as the years go on, the half time shows get worse and worse. I know the new pop culture is what people crave but the just suck during the half time show. They sound faker than a three-dollar bill! Get them off the stage and put someone from the 70s or 80s up on that stage that has a bunch of hits and knows what they’re doing, like Elton John or Ozzie Osborn. They know what’s up! Then the end of the game nears. So many people bet on who’s going to win or what the final score might be! I know of people that have won thousands and lost thousands to bet on this game! I know its fun to gamble but it’s a flippen football game. Nothing special! Bet on like who’s going to be are next president! Now that would be something to gamble on! Over all the Super Bowl is a fun time to spend time with the family!

I Want My Baby-Back Ribs!!!
I love to eat Ribs!!! To make it even better, my father makes the best ribs known to me and my family. Dad takes pride in making his ribs. A good batch of ribs of his usually takes about 2 1/2 hours to cook this amazing food!! He first starts by prepping the grills.
Beautiful looken Ribs!!!! The time a person puts on barbecue sauce is the last 10 minutes of cooking. Dad uses Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce. It brings out the most flavor in the ribs. There is trick when using barbecue sauce. To much sauce tell a person that you make some pretty sucky ribs! To little sauce means you ran out of sauce or your just an idiot for not putting any on. You have to find that prefect medium were is not too much or too little. Most people serve there ribs with a side of slaw or some type of greens. We go all out, French fries with are ribs. There is just something about it, it makes the meal even better.
Then when it is finally time to eat, the man of the hour enjoys his ribs with everyone! That's my dad, Steve, above, holding the an amazing rack of ribs.
we have two different styled grills. The one on the right is like the big green egg smoker but its called something dragon. I forgot the name really. The one on the left is your normal Weber charcoal grill. After the prep, dad unravels the amazing ribs and lets them climatize for at least 3 to 4 hours with his special seasonings on top of the ribs. After all that time, he finally puts the ribs on the grill!
These are what the ribs look like on the smoker. They have been cooking for at least an hour. No barbecue yet.
Dad preciously moves around the ribs so they get the best all around cooking value. Dad takes pride in cooking his ribs.
These are the ribs on the Weber. Dad likes to use the Weber because theres more room for more ribs and a lot easier clean up. The down side to these grills that they only last a couple years. We use the heck out of our grills. Cooking outside is what we do best! Dad trys to make ribs at least once a month or more. Summer time its like we have ribs every Sunday. Beautiful looken Ribs!!!! Quality Food!
I love to eat good quality food! You can tell from my last blog that I like food! I have always had the thoughts of being a food critic, but all at the same time I would rather just eat the darn food and enjoy it instead of thinking about everything about the food and then write a paper or blog about it! Enough about my career choice, I love to eat good food! It’s hard to find a restaurant these days that has good quality food! I swear there starting to serve people crap on a plate! I don’t like to eat crap and a lot of people could agree with me! If I wanted to eat crap I could go to McDonalds and hit up the dollar menu and wont have to wait a half hour at a table! These restaurants should start to revamp their menus and quality of food they buy! Buy fresh foods instead of frozen food that hasn’t been fresh in months! I know even McDonalds could make a healthier menu and have better quality food. They should use actually ground beef like you get at the grocery store in the big packets! They could also use less oil in there food! I love deep fried food but I know they can use less oil. I have had deep-fried chicken that when you took a bite that you couldn’t even taste any oil! My dad makes some really good deep fries chicken at home that isn’t greasy at all when you eat it!! That’s how deep fried food should be! I have found out that good quality food can put years on to your life! My grandma lived to be 93 years old! She never ate crappie food and never and I mean never ate fast food! The doctors said she could of easily lived to be a 100! It was her time to go finally in October of 2010! That shows me that good quality food can make you live on hell of a life! Some say I’m a picky eater! I’m actually not. I will eat just about anything and I love to try new foods! I have had bizarre foods from deer heart to cow tongue to blood sausage to hotdogs! How much I eat and how often I should be the size of Texas! Well the only way I keep in shape is going to the YMCA to work out or even at home working out! If you’re a person that likes to eat good quality food then make sure you stay physically fit! So the next time you have dinner with your family, make sure it has quality food being eaten at the table.
